1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order for an album or album additions through Rose Photos, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Deposit & Payment

A 50% deposit is required before album design commences.

The remaining balance is payable within 7 days of design approval unless another payment arrangement has been agreed to in writing.

Album production will not begin until full payment has been received.

If the remaining balance is not received within the required timeframe and no alternative arrangement has been agreed to, Rose Photos reserves the right to cancel the order. Any deposit retained will be limited to a genuine pre-estimate of costs incurred, including administrative work, design services already completed and production time reserved.

3. Design Process

Rose Photos will prepare an initial album design based on images selected by you (the couple) or by Rose Photos.

The client may request revisions to the design. Minor revisions, including image swaps and layout adjustments, are included at no additional cost. Extensive/repeated redesigns or heavy retouching requests may incur an additional design fee, which will be advised before any work is undertaken.

Album production will only commence once the client has provided written approval of the final design.

4. Production Time

Once the final design has been approved and full payment has been received, albums generally require approximately 6 to 8 weeks for production and delivery. Production times are estimates only and may vary depending on supplier workloads or shipping delays.

5. Colours & Print Quality

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure colours reproduce accurately. However, colours displayed on phones, tablets and computer monitors will differ from the finished printed product due to differences in screen calibration, printing processes, paper materials and viewing light

Minor variations between digital images and the finished album do not constitute a fault.

6. Product Variations

As each album is handcrafted, slight variations in trimming, alignment, cover materials or finishing may occur and are considered normal characteristics of a handcrafted product.

7. Shipping & Collection

Albums may be collected from Rose Photos or shipped to the address supplied by the client.

Risk in the album passes to the client upon collection or delivery. Clients are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate.

If an album is returned due to an incorrect delivery address or failure to collect, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made in writing.

If the order is cancelled before production has commenced, any refund will be determined after deducting reasonable costs already incurred, including design work and administration.

Once the album has entered production, the order cannot generally be cancelled as the product is custom-made.

9. Defective or Damaged Products

If an album arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, the client must notify Rose Photos within 14 days of receiving the product and provide photographs of the issue.

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, Rose Photos will repair, replace or refund the product as appropriate.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights apply in addition to any rights set out in these Terms & Conditions.
